- 22 ÐоÑбрь 2016 I was looking for a holiday villa in Albania. I found the villa in Ksamil in www.RentinAlbania.com. From the first mail, I received the all information I was looking for, Ila from Albania Property Group offered me extra services which were very helpful. She rented for us an appropriate car that was waiting for us in Tirana Airport. She also booked for us, 2 rooms in a very nice hotel in Tirana. It was a pleasure to organize the vacation with such a good service and help. We have already recommended to our friends here in Israel to use the wonderful services Albania Property Group is offering.
- 18 ÐоÑбрь 2016 It has been our good fortune to be clients of Albania Property Group and to be personally guided by Ilir Konomi. We have dealt with many estate agents in different countries over the years but Ilir is the most professional! He really is "the ideal" estate agent! He insisted on us knowing about the background and politics of Albania first (he spent an entire afternoon educating us!) to ensure that we were able to choose a property responsibly in what was a new country for us. He also introduced us to an eminent legal firm (no fee for an orientation to tax and other laws in Albania) so that we would know what we were doing! At no time did he "push" any properties and when we did eventually choose our beautiful apartment in Tirana, he guided us with due diligence to work with the excellent legal firm to check all aspects of legally safe purchase of property. We felt safe in this new venture. Ilir behaves very correctly, but is also personal so that we consider him a friend indeed! We are designing the interior of our newly built apartment in Tirana and Ilir has a marvelous professional architect within his team at Albania Property Group. This is Juna Cara who is also office manager. Juna is a superb designer and very patient! - 27 Декабрь 2012 Der Service war hervorragend! Managing Director Ilir Konomi war für mich jederzeit erreichbar, zuvorkommend, gastfreundlich und unglaublich hilfsbereit. Uns wurde ein Taxi organisiert, welches uns am Flughafen von Tirana abgeholt und zur WOhnung gebracht hat. Wohnung hatte allen nötigen Komfort und eine sehr praktische, einheitliche Einrichtung. Zu alledem noch sehr preiswert: 210 Euro/Woche. Die Menschen (Taxifahrer, Buschauffeure, Verkäufer, Kellner) in Albanien waren so nett und zuvorkommend, wie ich es noch niergend während meiner Reisen erlebt habe. Wer Albanien nicht besucht, kennt das wahre Gastrecht nicht. Freundliche Grüsse
- 13 ОктÑбрь 2012 Er nettopp kommet tilbake fra vÃ¥rt 1. opphold i Albania. Vi leide 2 leiligheter i Saranda i uke 40, 2012, for totalt 6 personer. Vi var kjempefornøyd med leilighetene og beliggenheten. Jeg kommuniserte med Ilir og Dori pr. mail i forkant hvor jeg skrev hva jeg ønskte for ferien, og de var de som valgte leilighetene for oss. Vi ble møtt av Dori i havnen da bÃ¥ten fra Korfu ankom Saranda, og han følgte oss til leilighetene. Jeg kan trygt anbefale Albania Property Group, og vil bruke de ogsÃ¥ i fremtiden. Reisen til Albania gÃ¥r veldig smertefritt vedr. passkontroller. Vi reiste med Ryanair fra Rygge til Korfu og bÃ¥t fra Korfu til Saranda (Ionian Cruises).
